Because our flowers are perishable and often prepared as special orders, standard returns are not applicable. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer clear guidelines for replacements and complaints.

  1. Special Nature of Products
    All our bouquets and floral arrangements are custom-prepared per order.
    Flowers are perishable items, which means they cannot be returned once delivered.
    Pre-orders and scheduled deliveries are treated as custom arrangements tailored to the requested delivery date.
  2. Eligibility for Replacements

We offer replacement or partial refund under the following circumstances:

Incorrect or missing items – If your order does not match the product description or an item is missing.
Damaged flowers – If flowers arrive damaged due to handling or delivery issues.
Delivery issues – If your bouquet is not delivered according to the agreed timeframe (same-day or next-day delivery).

Note: Replacements are only applicable if reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.

  1. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement:

Contact our customer support via the Contact Us page or email.
Provide your order number, delivery date, and photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and confirm a replacement delivery or a partial refund.

  1. Delivery Guarantee
    Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off.
    Next-day delivery is guaranteed for most European destinations.
    All deliveries are completed no later than the next day after order confirmation.
    Scheduled deliveries (pre-orders) are prepared fresh to arrive on the chosen date.

If a delivery fails due to circumstances within our control, we will work with you to resend the bouquet or provide a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

  1. Exceptions
    We cannot accept returns for personal preference changes (e.g., changing mind about flower type or color).
    Products affected by natural aging after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
    Delays due to recipient unavailability, customs, or weather outside our control may affect delivery; in such cases, we will communicate promptly and offer solutions.
